He became Catalina's producer when Scott Masters left the company in 1992. Josh produced and directed over 100 features winning awards for best videography, Best Screenplay, Best Sex Comedy, Best Bi-Sexual Feature and Best Director. he was entered into the Hall of Fame in 2002.
