Selçuk and Zeynep fell in love with each other at university and got married at a young age. Selçuk, being jealous of his wife, did not let her work, and Zeynep, out of boredom, turned to shopping and housework. Selçuk, a white-collar worker, eventually grew tired of his wife and decided to separate.
