Zeynep, a senior at university, is undergoing medication and psychological treatment for autoscopy. Blaming herself for her fiancé's death, Zeynep sometimes feels as if she is being watched from outside (autoscopy) and experiences various hallucinations. Zeynep's condition also affects her boyfriend Barış and her closest friend İlke, whose lives are in turmoil. One day, Zeynep, who is experiencing severe hallucinations, refuses her psychologist's advice and flees treatment, deciding to adapt to living with the other version of herself that follows her.
