The film tells the story of a love affair between a doctor and his patient. Gönül is a model at a fashion house. At the insistence of her fiancé Haluk, she starts working with advertising executive Kazım. Kazım has his eye on the young woman. During a yacht trip, he agrees with Haluk and rapes Gönül. Gönül meets Dr. Cihat at the hospital where she is admitted due to the trauma she experienced. Cihat is on the verge of divorcing his wife. Gönül and Cihat fall in love with each other. However, their pasts will not leave them alone.
