Nanci Blue wants to be a top international private investigator like her father, but he wants her to stay home and marry a wealthy young family friend named Rod. She gets involved in a case where young women are kidnapped, but have no memory of what has happened to them when they are found. She discovers that it's the work of the bizarre Dr. Fuke, who is subjecting the women to kinky sexual experiments.
