Synopsis
Dutch documentary filmmaker Jos de Putter directs this portrait of Chechnya's charismatic leader Khoozh-Ahmend Noukhaev. The film shows the dashing leader touring about the strategically sensitive independent region of Russia as if he were a feudal lord.
