Synopsis
Paris, an open city. Commemorations abound: ruins, winds, tides. Young Iraqi, Afghan or Iranian immigrants wandering the streets, between soup kitchens and improvised campsites. People who, by leaving their lands, plunge public order and bourgeois society into crisis.
