A young widow Tan, grieving over the death of her husband and living in despair, starts working at a mysterious plastic surgery clinic. There, Tan learns that her employer, Madame Suan, is an evil being who collects beautiful and young body parts from a cursed hill. A victim of lookism and domestic abuse, "Madam Suan" was addicted to plastic surgery and tried to commit suicide by visiting the hill of ghosts. Fortunately, the wandering souls there reached out to save her. However, because of her desire to be "eternally beautiful" and vanity, she instead allied with evil forces and built a beauty resort, collecting the beautiful body parts of young women to sustain her existence. A fierce battle between two souls, wounded by impossible fantasy of "eternal happiness and beauty."
