Synopsis
Eckart was born in West Germany in 1941. The very first memory he has of his father is the sound of soldiers' boots on the stairs as he waited impatiently for his return. It wasn't until he was a teenager that Eckart became aware of everything that had happened during the war and began to question his father's role.
