Synopsis
A unique resort has been handed over to an investor. The 12-meter building with 350 apartments is set to host 300,000 guests annually. The state granted 4.3 hectares to "Orbi" for just 1 GEL. Georgia’s troubled urban development history has already had dire consequences.
