This page avoids major plot turns, twists, and ending details. It’s designed to help first-time viewers decide if this movie is right for them. What counts as a spoiler can vary by viewer.
Synopsis
This short documentary, produced by Jim Conrad and narrated by Country Dick Montana, takes the viewer on an entertaining and irreverent tour of the Dallas region. Highlights include the likes of Glen Rose's Dinosaur Valley State Park and the adjacent Creationist Evidences Museum, the landlocked shipwrecks of Arlington and Grand Prairie, and Civil War battle reenactments complete with Old West cross-dressing and soldier resurrections. The show, a pilot for a series that (unfortunately) was not picked up, was all shot on 8mm film.
