Suspicion

A car carrying a wealthy man and his second wife, Kumako (Yo Kimiko), falls into the sea, and only Kumako survives. At first, it is thought to be just an accident, but the absence of brake marks makes Kumako a strong suspect... Meanwhile, newspaper reporter Akitani Shigekazu (Sato Koichi) gets caught up in an unexpected situation after breaking the news about Toyosaki Katsuo (Emori Toru), a man who knows Kumako's past...
