Synopsis
Jo Joon, a third-class serviceman, suffers severe epileptic seizures during a fight. Although weed extract, which is effective in epilepsy, passed the National Assembly in 2018, it is difficult to have universal access due to the strict enforcement ordinance of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety.
